When we checked in and tried to.open the door of the room, the door knob came off. I felt very insecure to be in this room. I asked the next room and when the door was opened, a terrible smell came from the room. I had no other option than to get them to spray deodarant just to keep the smell away. Room is like a den. No clean at all. Spots on bed spread. Tea cups looked disgusting. No wifi. After struggle had dinner as all cafes nearby were closed. Next morning when went to breakfast, the table still had food left overs from ladt night. The most disgusting venue i have seen in my whole life. Please remove this venue from your list. Donot encourage any visitors to stay here. In fact i deserve a refund as we stayed only one night and checked out next day. Most.disgusting acccommodation i have been and seen

Location - walking distance to Jet Point Plaza where there are restaurants, supermarket, spa, pharmacy and so on. Apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable 2 bedrooms with 1 master bedroom. Staff were very friendly and welcoming

Room landline was down but they made this known when we checked in.

Nothing at all, used to be a regular back in 2019 but it has clearly deteriorated after that. Pathetic

Dirty sheets, disgusting bathroom, dirty towels, no wifi and misleading info on booking.com saying all these things are available

We checked in on Christmas eve and the service was just pathetic. Served two Indian girls upfront. We had booked 1mth prior nd paid in advance. We gave them our full details and also advised them my mother n law was 76 and and a 2year old baby,we needed a ground floor room, these 2 placed us on the 2nd floor. It was just straight bad customer service and these are the kind of staff tht will give hexagon a very bad name. To top it off it was raining heavily and they wouldnt even allow us to drive to the back whre our room was to offload our luggage we had to walk it in the rain, no umbrellas available for guest's instead they told us to head over to jet point and buy one from RB. We requested to be moved to a delux room and we pay the difference they just kept moving us from room to room. There is no empathy watsover, im begining to wonder if this is their first job or have they even worked in the tourism industry thts how pathetic their service was. When we first booked we were advised will be placed on the ground floor but it never happened. Please see tht your staff is well trained nd also have the customer service to serve your not only first guests but returning guests. We had to check out thurs not only beacuse nadi was flooding but because we are not happy withthe services. I must say thankyou to the night auditor on the night of checkin as she came to apologize and check on us. Thkyou also to onny lady serving front desk during checkout she was very apologetic for the service rendered to us.

I’ve stayed at your nice hotel so many times but this time….!! I’m staying as a guest with my in-laws . Your NIGHT AUDITOR said I’m not WELCOME here because I was having a night swim with my nephew, just chilling from a long hectic day! First time seeing her face. No customer service at all. The security that’s got low minimum wage has got more customer service than her. Raising her voice to a guest of a guest that’s booked in this beautiful hotel. Anyways, long story short!! Freaking fix your NIGHT AUDITOR!!! My brother didn’t pay $300 just for an apartment that’s falling apart, square box tv and **** up service from night shift staff!!!!!!
