the pool was much clean and wroking compared to last time. price is low.

the personnel quite rude. the room was not very clean as usual. the towel were not in the room and they are available in the late afternoon when they finish the laundry.

Took 30mins to check-in, no lift, no aircon in lounge, wrong aircon remote supplied at room call reception no one came to replace remote. porter very poor service, didn't arrive at checkout. Interior wall cracks. Staff - customer service very poor. Small tv in lounge. Wasted $173AUD just a rip-off

"Stay elsewhere"

Worst place I have stayed in a long while. Rooms were drab, dowdy and dusty. Had to pay a bond for the rooms and were given the TV and air-conditioner remotes at check in (rather than them being in the room). Clearly these guys have problems with people mistreating their rooms. (Double check your remotes upon receiving them to make sure the front desk staff have supplied batteries). Very old. Run down. Flavourless tea and coffee selection. No artificial sweetener.
