I didn't like it at all

1. I didn't get my rooms on time was not clean. 2. Book rooms for 3 nights September 29th to October 1st come to know rooms bed have bedbugs we just stayed one night and move to other hotel. I need my refund for September 30th and October 1st .2024 two nights which I did my booking on line.

The property is conveniently located in the city, offering easy access to nearby amenities. However, it is quite dated, and there has been little to no investment in maintenance or upgrades for some time. Unfortunately, it seems the management is operating the place with minimal effort to enhance the guest experience, which is reflected in the overall condition of the property

Pool looked good.

No towels in the room. Room needs a makeover. Pictures look far better then it actually is.

I only like the location because it was close to everything

Cockroaches by the dozens - up the walls - small German ones ( a sign of very dirty premises). Uncomfortable beds $100 cash deposit on check in???? and they check the room before you leave??? ( probably to make sure you don’t take any cockroaches away with you)

I enjoyed the location, as it was very central and provided easy access to most services around the Nadi area. The swimming pools were also lovely.

First of all, their location is not updated on Google Maps, and it took numerous phone calls before someone finally answered and guided me with directions. Upon arrival, I had to fill out all my details again, despite having already completed an online booking with all the necessary information. Couldn’t they just use the system to autofill the details and give us the printout? In my online booking, I clearly indicated there were five people, yet upon arrival, they said only four could be accommodated. How was the online booking accepted then? My check-in time was 2 PM, but even though I arrived at 5 PM, my room was still not ready, and they asked me to come back at 6 PM. Seriously? The quality of the accommodation was awful. The kitchen was barely equipped for cooking, the beds had bugs, there were cockroaches, and the bathrooms were filthy. The entire area looked unclean, and the front of our apartment was dirty with poor drainage, causing water to clog. We had to walk through the mess, making the apartment even dirtier. We also asked if we could bring our car inside to unload our luggage but were refused, even though we saw few other vehicles going in and out. In most places in Nadi where I’ve stayed, you can park near your room. The front office staff didn’t seem like they were from the hospitality industry at all. I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. Checked in at 4 pm, sent to a room which was not made up or cleaned. The room is old tired and had a damp smell. The bathroom and toilet have stains and is dirty. Expedia should be held responsible for this property being advertised as it is because it’s nothing like the pictures that are on the booking sites. The bed was literally curved and could feel the mattress springs. If there was a star less than one star that is what I would rate it. Misleading and certainly not recommended
