the staff and crew are traditional Fiji smile and friendliness, but the facility has definitely aged ... and, I am terribly sorry to report, got bitten by bed bugs again. That was the second time in one year that I was bitten by bed bugs in the place. I love the staff, but I am afraid it has not been up-kept well.

Loved the daily room service, It was quiet & close to shops. Staff friendly & helpful. Only issue was TV no service to watch until last 2 days stay. Unfortunately pool in front of room down for maintenance but we did use other pool. We totally enjoyed our stay, thankyou

The sheets was so old looks so dirty all the dirty marks in there and the pillows and the bed is very old and terrible also, the towels was very old housekeeping was friendly

Lot of staff are not friendly, house keeping is very bad. Always have to ask for towels and make sure room is clean. Poor was not available. Price is also very expensive for the service
