In stanza mancavano prese elettriche comode, assenti le pulsantiere vicino al letto, non erano presenti né una sedia né una panchetta per disfare le valige o stendere teli e costumi, essendo in una località di mare potevano essere molto utili.

Tutto molto bello, staff e personale fantastico, disponibili in tutte le esigenze, servizi davvero fantastici, colazione ricca e abbondante per ogni tipo di esigenza. Ci tornerei molto volentieri

Très belle chambre, moderne avec lit très confortable. Emplacement correct à 10 mn à pied du centre historique. L'ensemble du personnel très agréable et sympathique avec une note particulière à Annabelle à la réception. Très bon petit déjeuner avec un buffet varié. On a pu bénéficier d'une heure de Jacuzzi pour 10 € par personne. Commande de taxi par la réception pour le départ

Das zweite Zimmer, das wir dann bekommen haben, war sauber, schön und gemütlich.

Die Bilder die beim Zimmer "Standard Double Room" zu sehen sind, sind irreführend. Das Zimmer war nicht das auf den ersten Bildern, sondern die Bilder die danach kommen. Dabei ist das Badezimmer signifikant anders. Das Zimmer auf den ersten Bildern war laut Rezeption nur für "Gäste mit Behiderung". Auf Anfrage vor Ort haben wir es trotzdem bekommen.

Very disappointing experience. Not 4-star quality hotel. Staff at the reception is helpful and kind but the facilities and bedrooms are old.

Very disappointed with this hotel – it is not 4-star quality. Our room was infested with ants, and when we raised the issue with management, no practical solution was provided appart from changing bedsheets (which obviously does not solve for it). For €300 per night, this is well below standard. We ultimately had to leave and arrange alternative accommodation ourselves. Despite assurances from the manager that a refund would be processed, this has still not been done. The only positive aspect was the courtesy of the reception staff.
