Size of the room had a table and chairs for a double room water pressure excellent location very good spa facilities plus pool staff he was excellent so helpful plus parking

We were greeted very well shown how everything works with a key code entry and shown to our room the room and all areas were very clean we were offered towels for the pool and there was a ice machine that was free to use any time pool was lovely and the garden area was lovely defo go again

The steam room and and sauna was banging, the only thing what was missing was a shower apart from that everything was good, nice pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Enjoyed our stay as a whole and found everything really comfortable and staff were really helpful all the time aswell as always trying to help in any eay they could which was really appreciated

I Love Visiting Torquay, Before Xmas I Needed Booking A Place To Stay, I Chose Torbay. On Booking.Com I Noticed The Crofton Hotel, I Had To Book Without Reservation As Urgency. I Very Much Loved The Crofton With Location Near To Town, Very Accessible, Nice Walk, The Price Was Very Reasonable. My Friend Came To Pick Me Up From Plymouth To Then Drive On Motorway To Gloucester So Overall My Impression Was Friendly. They Have A Really Nice Swimming Pool , Jacuzzi, Steam Rooms,From The Bus I Just Wanted To Get In Somewhere Warm, I Was Greeted By Naween. He Offers A Lovely Welcome, Always Making You Feel At Home. I Enjoy All My Visit's, Can't Wait To Come Back Every Time. Fantastic Value In The Heart Of A Rich , Vibrant Famous Place. Sincerely Jane Brown

There's Nothing To Dislike. You Couldn't Ask For BETTER, Especially Xtra Parking As Well 😁🌈😁

We were happy with our stay. Did not have a chance to use all the facilities.

Towels. We did not like the smell of the towels. Smell like they were kept in the mouldy store room.

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Prime location next to the beaches and other tourist attractions. Also, great space, interiors, decor and clean bathrooms for a suite room with a view. Totally worth the money.

The heaters were mostly not effective but that didn't bother me much as I didn't visit in peak winter. Still would have wanted those to work proper at night.

The smell of cannabis in corridor,people slamming doors and generally being noisy late at night and early hours ( live in staff ) I believe
