Guy at reception was very friendly, always happy to help. Room was a decent size, the hotel wasn't too far away from the center of town.

Indore pool . Had a room swap too ground floor as stairs was a problem. Really nice room.shame about damp and smell by bed lamp to bathroom. When place is finnishd

Reception staff very helpful , security on main door and room doors is good and secure location great

The view from room 2 needs some garden maintenance outside as quite overgrown . Also maybe a mini fridge in the rooms would be good. Apart from that the stay was very good

The pictures look nothing like the property, paint peeling off on window sill and the sealant coming off around the shower. Dirty tiles in pool area.
