Clean and comfortable

Swimming poor looked like it could be updated, sun loungers were stained.

Hasaan was superb and couldnt fault his commitment and hospitality, we as locals wanted just a little break with some amenities like the sauna and steam room, which I assure you took me by surprise! This little hidden gem is well worth every penny and couldnt say thank you enough to the staff within our stay

I didnt know how to purchase a redbull at 6am the next day 😅

Everything - the pictures on Booking.com and on the hotels website looked lovely. Talk about misrepresentation! We booked a suite which in the picture looked lovely and bright. When we were taken to our room (will not call it a suite) we were taken through a labyrinth of doors & staircases. When we entered the room it was dark and grubby and smelt dirty. The coving was falling down from the ceiling. The chest of drawers were broken. There were two very grubby looking tub chairs that were stained. I opened the curtains. One of which was coming off the rail. There was bathroom with a shower that was equally grubby. This was definitely NOT a suite. Our outlook was an overgrown dirty courtyard type place with rubbish in it and a brick wall. It was the sort of place you wiped your feet on the way out! We didn’t stay, we left.

The staff were very kind and attentive. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions helpfully. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.🙂👍
