Horrible property. Property smells , elevator dirty, no toiletries no bfast etc

The property is located centrally with offices in Ayala Avenue within easy reach walking

Love the location. It’s centrally located and walking distance to the shops and eating establishments.

Stayed here with my wife and 18 months old. The room its self is dated and a bit dirty and need a fresh coat of paint and a really good clean, but has a small kitchenette with mircowave, fridge and cook facilities. Toilet blocked up but maitenance came swiftly and resolved the problem. Location of the hotel is the best, straight across from greenbelt which has huge amounts of shopping, entertainmemt and resturants and connecting walkways to other malls. Didn't use the pool so cant comment on that. Breakfast was really poor, found it better to just wander over to greenbelt and eat there and is inexpensive.

Catherine and the security team assisted us with everything. We like the 1bedroom given to us but second booking was studio. But anyway not bad. Very near to greenbelt. We will come back again for another stay.

I booked a 2-bedroom for our stay. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that I will be transferred to a different room. (two 1 bedrooms instead 2-bedroom I booked) I booked it thru Booking.com and it was non-refundable so I guess that's the whole point the lobby attendant was very confident to check me into a different room without informing me in advance. I asked what will be the compromise. She answered there is no compromise like some free buffet whatsoever. Ok here's the worst part. Upon arriving at the hotel rooms, I was so disappointed to see a very dark room, some lights were not working anymore. It was a very different room from ones in their pictures. The rooms they gave were very old, with an old TV and aircon is not working well. It was so hot inside the room. Also, my neighbor (accompanied by one of the guards) knocked on my door because he complains about the noise (LIKE WHAT THE?) It's a hotel. It's supposed to be sound proof from inside too. Every time I go out of the room, the door makes a loud noise and it's not even my fault. That's the way it was constructed. I don't intentionally bang the door or something coz why would I do that right? I had the worst night with my friends. I hope I can give a 0 rating. Terribly had the worst night.

I booked a 2-night stay via Agoda, but upon arrival was notified that my booking wasn't confirmed. It was Midnight on a friday,and after a long flight, the last thing I want to hear is that I don't have a place to stay. Fortunately, the front desk agent Jacob was able to accomodate me and found an available room. He advised that I book the next night online as the prices would be alot cheaper, so I went back to Agoda and booked a 2nd night. SURPRISE SURPRISE Agoda cancelled my booking AGAIN! I received a call in my room informing me that my booking was cancelled, but Jacob was more than willing to help me work through the payments downstairs. Thanks to Jacob going over and beyond with his customer service, I was able to get everything resolved. The friendly service definitely convinced me to return here the next time I am in Manila!

Disappointing accommodation. The room, furnitures and appliances and amenities needs upgrading.

Booked a 3BR suite (via their website) for our strategic planning. My colleague called the number listed on the web, advising the total number of guest -12 and confirming the FOP. Everything's good, so after work, some of my teammates headed to BSA whilst the others has to finish their tasks. Checked in around 630pm, I on the other hand arrived half past 8 as I had to finish something else. Upon my arrival, I was told that I need to register at the lobby, which i did without any questions. When I reached our room, I was told by my teammates that the guards told them that only 6pax is allowed to stay at the room otherwise we will be charged extra fee. Around 10pm, we received a phone call from the lobby advising it's past the visiting hours. We have to go down at once or we will be charged 1,200/pax. I told the guard that we can't send the people out, we have just started (of course, we had dinner prior to our strat planning) and we all need these folks. We told her that we were not advise that there will be extra fees (prior and during the booking). We even called them to advise. But she's adamant that we will be paying the said fee IF these "extra guests" wont come down after the "visiting hours". She said that she'll give us another extra hour, and we're like, "thank you ate, but as mentioned, we need this place for the entire night, not just for 3 or 4hrs. " So instead of focusing on what needs to be done, we were bothered of the fees we're about to pay! This isnt right! It wasnt a good experience at all. Are we mad to pay 7,200 for extra pax?! Come on now. We ended up going home as early as 2am, others has to go around 5. We didnt pay extra coz we also have to go home during the wee hours. Never had the chance to even take a nap or a quick dip at the pool. If only we were advise of these "policy " before hand.. tsk. We're not gonna book here again, but to those who want to give it a try they have a kitchenette. You have to pay extra for cooking facilities like pans, turners etc. But they do have microwave, blender, fridge.
