BSA Suites Makati

The staff, location and room were great. Walking distance to main shopping and food. Room was awesome with a view of all of Manila. It is a non updated aged property but everything was clean. Great value!!

Photos are far from the real facilities. Lobbyists are not helpful at all. Dirty room. And location far from the business area. Make sure to book BSA towers instead of Suites.

Stayed 2 nights. Front counter staff not familiar with area and unable to identify buildings on the same street, nor suggest places to explore in the vicinity. Security guard was more knowledgeable. Was informed that as there is no restaurant on the premises that breakfast would be delivered to my room at a time of my choosing. The next day it did not arrive as promised, and when I called the front desk they said they would check with housekeeping. 40 minutes later - still nothing. Spoke to them in person at the lobby and received blank looks. Front counter is either unmanned (no one picks up the phone) or overly crowded (4 people to deal with 1 checkout). Check out took an age. Unable to schedule airport pickup less than 3 days in advance!!

Hotel has strong smells, facilities were super old. No sleepers. Bugs everywhere, Every night I got bitten by the bugs during my stay, I have taken videos of the bugs running around on my door. Would never go back there again!!!

WIFI IS SUCKS. There’s a lot of ANTS, this place needs renovations already, cabinets were old, Bathroom is old, toilet is disgusting although staffs were courteous and polite I will not come back anymore to this hotel. I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED FOR A LOWER Floor coz of fear of heights BUT Instead I was Given the 30th floor, the highest floor. I’m so disappointed.

Considering the price I paid for my stay, this hotel meets my expectations. Additionally, it is very close to Greenbelt Mall, which might be considered an equivalent to NYC's 5th Avenue. The staff was attentive enough especially to tenants, however, I did observe that while they consider themselves 24-hours, they do ignore inbound phone calls. Extending your stay beyond what was booked is not easy for this hotel to accommodate. They asked that I used an online method, i.e. Expedia, Agora, which didn't make it easy at all. Which brings me to inbound calls. I booked an additional stay but changes to my schedule required that I cancel. It took nearly 4 days for BSA // Quantum to resolve the issue. If only BSA picked up their inbound phone calls or responded to emails within 24 hours (note that this was during business week). However, I do give BSA credit for resolving nonetheless even though it was not handled in a timely manner.

Location is good, easy access to central Makati. apartment is large and comfy but the room smells bed due to old rundown building. I had to buy air freshener daily. Staff is helpful and friendly. Hard to get a taxi on site so better download Uber or Grab on your phone before coming here. Internet connection is very slow and sometimes I could not connect at all. We had nice view form the room and could see new years eve fireworks.

Toilet sink was clogged. I had to clean it. The main door was tight to close and open.

Check in and out was fast. Room was ok but there were little cockcroaches and the aircon filters really need cleaning. Parking could be a problem if no available space
