Just fine

Location is good- close to everything, decent neighborhood. First room I was given was very smelly of old smoke, i can hardly breathe. The hallway smells so bad and the receptionist told me its non- smoking room. They upgraded me to a better 1 bedroom condo, very spacious and does not smell smoke. The bed is hard, very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. The towel is basically a rug- old, discolored and torn on the edges. Service is fast though and staff very helpful. Considering that the building is old and run down- management should compensate with other things like comfortable bed, new sheets and towels, better supply of soap and shampoo and really enforce non smoking policy. obviously people smoke in the building and inside the rooms that they rent out. I really regret staying in this establishment. I hope this review will motivate their management to do improvements.

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service and care I received at Bsa suites makati, Your staff did not disappoint me.Your front desk officer Mr. Jacob was able to arranged some of my vacation itinerary which was a real bonus for my vacation, that's why when i checked out i gave him a reward a gift. Staying in Bsa suites makati actually enhanced my vacation experience.Every staff member with whom i came in contact was attentive and kind. I have already decided to return to Bsa suites makati for my next vacation, which will be next year. I had a wonderful four week vacation, and I have recommended Bsa suites to all of my colleagues, friends and family. Thank you again for such outstanding service. HannAnthony

Rude staff, not clean and if you request front desk for cleaning or to replace towel, what comes out of their mouth is extra pay. They did not replace used towel after a day I was there and when I requested for towel replacement, they said it will cost me 100 pesos. Very hot along the hallway. I was charge for extra pillow upon check-out when in fact I did not request for extra pillow. What a hotel. No customer service and what you get from your supposed relaxing vacation is unpleasant staff and dirty hotel. I would advice people not to get this hotel.

Ok for the price. Air cons were noisy at night and very hard to sleep with them on

General l like to stay in condotel in manila And actually this time my staying at BSA suites was really bad . First the towel they provide is very old, looks been used for 10 years just like a door Matt The bedding cover and cases color white but when look at it. It's gray not no more white color showing not washed properly and smells sting. The chicken things for cooking that they provide is too old as well. House keeper rings door bell one after another without giving you the time to get out bed.

I have problem with expedia booking, and they need to send revised bookinh to bsa instead of july 27 ito 29- it shouldbe june 27-29, until noe they havent sent the revised booking. Called twice already. Baa suite is very accommodating and understanding kf the mistake. I hope they do kt today before we check out on june 29. They should contact bsa suite on this . Hotel is good and staff are great!
