The staff were very friendly. The accommodation was comfortable but a bit rundown. Can be remodeled.

The hotel was located in a great areA. Close to shopping and business centers. The Sunday market was a plus. The room we had was fir three adults. The way the beds were set up made for a crowded room. Other family members stayed at the same hotel the same date and longer that had a better configuration. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and modern. The staff was amazingly nice. Will stay here again.

Smells, cockroaches around, sheets and linen are stained, breakfast delivery was always late and cold.

While some staff were nice and helpful others were more difficult. Breakfast was terrible when I was served (one night out of 4). Not bottles of water in my room. If you go shopping I guess will be ok at least the room was clean.

6 Streets down from Greenbelt 5. I can only use one gadget for their wifi. For a family of 4 this is stressful. Even for a couple who works online it is also stressful. Utensils are not washed especially if you check in on weekends.

I had late checkin and the only room left can not be considered to be stayed on, Had molds on the ceiling and the bowl does not drain well so when you wash your face you are left with bowl full of dirty water. I called the reception area for a new room but none is available. Next day was better they tranfered me to a much acceptable room and the rest of my stay was acceptable

I give this place 4 stars because of the location and friendliness of the staff. This is walking distance to so many things in Makati which made life easy and convenient for me. The building is older and the room decor a bit dated but it was clean and cleaned daily by room service. I would skip on the breakfast option. It was bland, but always delivered when requested. The rooftop pool is small but nice. Great views and breezes. The rooftop gym is small but good enough for a traveler. More serious gyms are within walking distance if you want. Overall, a great experience and I can't stress the location enough.

Great location. I stayed 7 dayts. Friendly staff. Negative is the poor lighting, my suite had no lamps. I asked for an extra pillow and was charged 50php per day. Breakfast was provided but always arrived cold. Coffee was good. Patio was very dirty, Kitchen is sparse so I purchased supplies locally. No wash clothes or kitchen towels provided.

The location is grear

This place looked very good online, however upon arrival it took the staff very long to check us in, rooms were so old and everything outdated. The beds were hard, pool was cold, wifi did not work and was limited to one device for a suite that is supposed to hold 4 people and overall it was a very bad experience. I will not recommend to anyone and never go back. I recommend the hotel update their website with current pics to give an accurate portrayal of what everything looks like.
