It was Christmas time and my parents needed a place to stay while in the city. However, the breakfast served was not so good otherwise it is all good.

Room is of the old cut design making it more spacious. There's a kitchenette and microwave oven

Musty, dusty rooms with old decor and terrible wifi. The front desk did upgrade me but only because I pressured them. Good service but old worn down property. Cheap and it shows.

Every thing is wrong staf room terrible noise etc shopping nearby

I will not recommend or return back in this hotel the guards are rude

Close to business center and mall

POSITIVES: 1. Location definitely central - 5 minutes walk to main shopping malls and restaurants. 2. Room cleaned on daily basis. 3. Friendly staff who will assist IF you ask them too. 4. Bed and pillows were good. NEGATIVES: 1. Worn out towels. Sorry but substandard is an understatement. 2. Linens / sheets have stain marks - seriously disturbing. 3. Breakfast was cold, and once undelivered. Edible food of very low standard. Suggest to scrap this is as marketing offer as it's unacceptable quality. 4. Staff needs training. Lady in reception did not even apologise when I told her that ordered breakfast was not delivered. 5. All apartments seem to be missing a light bulb in living room area. 6. Had to be moved to another studio apartment because aircon leaked and almost flooded the bedroom. Again no apologies from staff on this inconvenience. 7. Both apartments stayed in have one set of coffee, cream, & sugar, and complimentary bottled water. Staff promised to place 2 the next day, but it never happened. 8. Cleaners ring the doorbell very early daily (~8:30 am). Need to advice reception for cleaning time preference. 9. Apartment definitely needs a refurb with old worn out cupboards & wardrobes. Signs of previous water leaks on cupboard.

Hotel was good overall, but I found the staff quite rigid. They were inflexible on the things I usually get from other hotels.(e.g. Early check in)

Reasonable Budget hotel with cooking facilities. Beds comfortable amd close location to parks a s shopping. Rooms spacious and clean. Could be a lot better with a bit more attention to detail that cost next to nothing. Despite booking a time for breakfast we had to call to ask for it for 2 of the three days. Breakfast is delivered cold. It is very bland with rice and scrambled egg each day and a small amount of fish/ pork stew/ chorizo stew (varies each day but there is no choice and there are no condiments such as sauce or salt and pepper). Juice is provided in the glass provided in the room. Despite cooking facilities there is no detergent or cloth to wash up with. One lift out of action created some delay but overall not really an issue. Small nice pool. Asked for extra pillows and was told the cost was to be Ph 100 peso per pillow per night but was charged 100 peso for the two pillows. Service much better at checkout but now realise that this was because the taxi man gave tip to hotel staff and the cost back to the airport was doubled. Tip flag down your own cab!
