"En general bien pero con mejoras."

Me gustó la ubicación y la cercanía a la playa.

El hotel necesita una reforma. El bufet muy corto , tanto en desayuno como comida y cena. Las tumbonas de la piscina están para reformar todas.

Ubicación, piscina y acceso a la playa.

Instalaciones antiguas, mal olor en las habitaciones, la comida en el bufet bastante pobre y de baja calidad, muy masificado. La terraza bastante peligrosa sin refuerzo para niños y el baño sucio.

La ubicación y limpieza de habitaciones

Lo ocurrido que se despomara un balcón que por casi me da y que nadie se ponga en contacto con los clientes para saber qué va a pasar ....y todo como si no pasara nada

Nada me gustó, es pesimo

No me gustó todo , el hotel está viejo, no cuidado, la comida horrorosa , la calidad de los muebles y colchones vergonzosa , cayó el techo de una terraza de un noveno piso sobre un turista , del mal estado del edificio, no hay enchufes utilizables visibles , los aseos muy viejos, inodoros , griferías, no puedo explicar más, no pararía, auténtica ruina de vacaciones

"A pesar de todo nos sentimos cómodos allí"

Pues la amabilidad de los empleados, principalmente los camareros de la cafetería y chiringuito y las camareras del comedor.

Bueno pues la verdad es que hay algunas habitaciones e instalaciones que hacen falta renovarlas, porque son muchos años lo que tiene el hotel.
