We booked a twin room and were given a double when we asked there was only one room available but on 4th floor and my wife hates lifts but they replied ask in the morning as a lot of people leaving. Good to their word they gave us a recently refurbished twin room. The other big problem for us was that there were 150-200 children who swamped the dining room at breakfast and the pools after the canoeing, paddle boarding etc had finished at 2 pm

A localização é excelente. Praticamente faz-se tudo a pé, praia e lago, comércio, transportes, tudo bem próximo.

Infelizmente, tivemos uma excursão que lotou o hotel com crianças e adolescentes muito barulhentos.
