The owner is giving a personnalized service, he is there for the customer, we feel it is natural and not forced or overacted. The hotel is really close from the volcano but unfortunately really far from the cities
USThe view of Etna out our room's window was a great plus, and Raffeaele worked hard to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. The music playing in the lobby and restaurant was classy and calming. Breakfast and lunch/dinner options were fresh and tasty. And the location, viewing Etna and just up the road from the central square of Milo was a great base for all things Etna.
