USUSVery friendly and very communicative host. Very close (20 minutes drive) to Rifugio Citelli for sunrise views. Great views of Mt Etna from the top deck of the hotel and also from our room balcony, although branches of the tree across the street could be trimmed a little bit. Very good few restaurants (Four Archi, others) close by.

USWe were visiting Milo for the annual wine festival so we wanted a place close to the town. It was very convenient to get to other vineyards in the area and to Mt. Etna. The room was a good size and so was the bathroom but typical small european shower. It had a small balcony where we could the peak of Mt. Etna. The upstairs was an added bonus and we enjoyed breakfast there and star gazing in the evening. The best part of our stay was Raffaele. He was wonderful. Pleasant and helpful.
The room could've been cleaned a bit better. And the rooms with the balcony are along the main road so it's a bit noisy. You do have a view of Mt. Etna though. The rooms are no frills & plain with not much decor. But you don't spend much time in it.
