London Luton Vale Hotel

Staff were excellent and so friendly..especially Mairi who went above and beyond.

No full length mirror in room but staff explained this was due to refurbishment and if asked reception would provide one.

The staff are what really shines at this hotel. The hotel is very much as you would expect for this price point, practical, clean, comfortable. But without exception the staff couldn't do enough, particularly Maria who made our breakfast time very enjoyable.

The best was very squeaky, but our room was awaiting the coming upgrade (we arrived mid changes) so I expect the beds will also be improved. It was very comfy but just squeaky and creaky every time we turned over.

The location of the property and the amount of parking available was great.

I wouldn’t stay here again. For the two nights I had a room that had an awful smell coming from the toilets that’s seemed like the drain. I had to keep the bathroom door closed and had to use several products before using the shower to try and disguise the smell which didn’t work. In addition to this the TLC of the hotel was just very old school.

Clean and well equipped, the staff were very friendly and helpful over a small issue which was resolved straight away.
