Staff are superbly trained, friendly and professional. The breakfast staff need special mention for being cheerful and helpful.

Unfortunately the room, 130, was a disabled room, I didn't select this. The heating was broken and there was no mirror in the bedroom. It was old and unpleasant, I really didn't like the shower room. I was offered another room but I had unpacked and just travelled for 20 hours and couldn't face the move so got extra duvets and an electric heater which meant I could at least sleep.
