Hampton Inn & Suites Palm Coast

Toilet is too low! Almost fell several times getting g on and off toilet! Room was not cleaned the 4 nights we were there - had to go down to front desk for trailer paper and tissues saw a couple of bugs too

Location was perfect

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the moment we walked in. The front desk clerk was rude and completely unwelcoming. She did not greet us when we entered, and when we greeted her, she did not smile or respond in a friendly manner. The only thing she said was, “What is the reason for your stay?” She then pointed to a plaque with her name on it and referenced “her rules,” making us feel as though we were not welcome and essentially could not stay there. We were so uncomfortable with the way we were treated that we decided to call and file a complaint with corporate. Unfortunately, even after corporate contacted the hotel, the staff continued to be rude. We never heard from a manager or anyone else to follow up regarding the situation. Instead, our reservation was canceled without any effort to resolve the issue. We chose to stay at the Hilton across the street, and the difference was night and day. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience. Customer service makes all the difference, and unfortunately, this property failed in that regard.

A comfortable, friendly atmosphere with a great breakfast. Location is good. The swimming pool was a letdown, but other than that the stay was great. All of the employees were excellent. The facility is clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had a few rooms and we enjoyed it.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn breakfast. Our only disappointment was the shower. Even leaving the water run for a VERY long time, the best we could get was luke warm water.

Great manager Lisa who suggested we wait to prepare a very nice suite. Patience is the way to strengthen your soul, Lk 21:19 and get a wonderful room, thanks Lisa

The staff was supper attentive and nice.

Staff was very professional and helpful. We ran into car trouble 7 hours away from home and had to wait for family to come pick us up and they were very understanding when it came time for us to check out. We are so thankful for them!

There is nothing that I didn’t like. Everything met expectations!
