Hampton Inn & Suites Palm Coast

We came for a family wedding and the front desk and breakfast person all treated us like family. This was our 2nd stay here in 6 months and looking forward to coming back.

Card keys were such a pain constantly being deactivated and nobody told us until the third day that you can’t put the card near your cell phone or key fob. Those room cards need to be upgraded.

Room was nice and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was excellent as was the kitchenette. The USB ports on the left side of the bed don’t work. The room needs a deep cleaning. In the bathroom where the tub meets the floor it was dirty with hairs stuck to the tub. The tray table by the couch was dirty too. The room needs more than 1 garbage pail.

I stopped there for a quick sleep while driving home from a family get-a-way. The price was great, the front desk was fast and efficient, the room was clean and the breakfast was pretty good. I've had better continental breakfasts, but it was still completely acceptable. If I had to complain about one thing, I saw 5 or 6 other guest with dogs, some barking and some whining. I'm getting tired of this growing American trend of traveling with pets. They belong at home. Not at hotels, on airplanes, in stores or in rental cars. Either this hotel allowed pets or turned a blind eye to people bringing them.

Great Staff! Great Breakfast! Room was cleaned and staff was friendly throughout stay. Coffee was always hot and ready!

Always clean and friendly. Check in is quick & room is always spotless. We love coming here and plan to more in the future.
