O apartamento é muito espaçoso, a varanda também e a vista é espetacular. Áreas comuns confortáveis, espaçosas. Estacionamento e acesso fáceis e seguros. Café da manhã completo e com horário extenso, serviço de quarto ótimo. Oferece toalhas de piscina, toalhas e travesseiros extras nos quartos, limpeza diária. O hotel está em uma localização magnífica considerando a vista e a proximidade tanto do centro como de Icaraí.

O hotel precisa de reformas estruturais de forma geral. Piscina com musgo e azuleijos quebrados, por exemplo. O quarto não fica bem escuro. Dependendo do quarto o barulho dos navios pode incomodar a noite.

Gostei da localização, pois estava próximo à Universidade Federal Fluminense.

O Hotel precisa de manutenção, as toalhas de banho são velhas e o café da manhã é muito simples. O valor da diária é muito alto para as condições.
