Loved the concierge when I arrived. He tended to my every need and want. Came immediately to fix air in our room and to make sure we were comfortable.

"Everything good but unable to use tv- lack of knowledge"

Accom9dating for our needs( married couple +dog). Room offered us enough space.

Use of TV. There wasnt much antenna choice. I wasted my time trying to stream my direct tv account so I could watch nhl game. I asked front desk staff to help me. He graciously tried but it didnt help. Im not well experienced w stream8ng- I'll stream a particular program but had problems locating l8ve tv- hockey. I ended up streaming on my tablet- after I had to go to clerk desk and ask for wifi password.

staff was excellent and very helpful

the first room I was given was not in proper condition as the bed was not made and the room had trash in it. The TV was only in low definition and the staff had to help get the channel I wanted to watch on the TV. TV sucked and channel choices were minimal and picture quality was bad. At breakfast the waffle tasted like old ingredients and no protein was offered. The bagels offered were labeled from the day before and were a bit stale.
