Friendly staff, comfortable room. Quiet.

Price was quite high. Jacked up because of sports tournament that weekend? Little things: "free toiletries" was soap (they were out of shampoo for some reason.) Strong smell of marijuana in the hallway (couldn't smell it once in my room.) Breakfast could have been better (no eggs provided, and nothing but sugary yogurt for anyone who can't tolerate gluten.)

Ease of acess

First - the staff was AMAZING!! We met or encountered 6 different employees during our over night stay. Not one of these employees we mediocre, unhappy or unwilling to offer some kind of assistance. Our first room had an AC unit that froze up but the front desk was very quick to offer us a 2nd room. Due to the fact we were traveling with a pet they were limited on available rooms and apologized that the only room available was a room that a long term resident had just left. The room was cleaned before we moved in to it but while staying the night you could tell there were some minor items that they were unable to repair prior to our move in. Our biggest complaint was the moldy smell. In my opinion they had cleaned the carpet but were unable to dry it thoroughly before we checked in. The AC unit worked perfectly in this room but it did give a little musty odor (the constant rain in the area over the past month didn't help). We had noisy neighbors above us but didn't blame the hotel for that and we had strong marijuana odor in the hallway when we would walk our dog. Unfortunately the strong odor did creep into our room overnight. There were breakfast sandwiches to microwave, you could make fresh waffles and they had a juice and coffee dispenser. The bathroom did not have a fan so it would get warm and muggy sometimes.

THE LOCATION WAS PRETTY CLOSE TO MY BUSINESS APPOINTMENT ON TUESDAY.

THE BASE MATRESS WERE TOURN AT THE BOTTOM, THE SHEET IN THE FIRST ROOM WERE SOILED. THEY HAD BLOOD ON THE SHEETS. THE FRONT DESK CLERK GAVE US ANOTHER ROOM. THERE WERE NO HANGERS IN THE OTHER ROOM.

Breakfast was good and greatly appreciated.

Room door entry key did not work properly. Room door very heavy and closed quickly.

Great customer service. The room was clean and comfortable. Love that I was able to bring my fur baby.
