The staff was very friendly and helpful

The key cards had problems getting into the room. Gas to keep going to reception to re-activate.

Quick and good location to the Dover Airforce Base Museum

Good time

To much outside lighting in room and tv was terrible

Nothing .. This is NOT 4 star hotel. Very dirty, smells like smoke throughout, couches stained, rugs very stained and worn, door very diirty around handles, kitchen sticky, needing attention; very dirty.,.. not keep up at all This is a very smelly run down hotel. 1st room offered had a earing backing in the bed with the couch full of cat hair and dirty with white stuff. Bed cover wrinkled and dirty. Room was very rough and unclean. 2nd room had severly stained couch, sticky counter tops, rugs very stained and very rough. Not a 4 star hotel. We never ended up staying. I hope the hotel chain looks into this facility; not up to basic standards.

If your hotel goal is to be greeted by the smell of stale tobacco and marijuana smoke, as you walk to your room, bedrooms with cracked ceilings probably from water damage and a dirty wash cloth left behind (presumably) by a recent occupant, this is the place for you. The black mold in the bathroom is another nice touch. This place needs a lot of work. My family and I will never stay here again.
