Comfort Suites Forsyth near I-75

Had a little hiccup when I first got here, but everything was fixed and the staff was so kind and polite. My son enjoyed his little birthday party and the pool. Room was clean and comfortable. I definitely will be coming back

The front desk staff was accommodating, I however was bummed that the hot tub was out of commission and has been since March- that would have been nice to know. Other than that it was a nice stay.

In the evening, the first 3 nights, the girl hung out with the employees at the hotel next door. If you needed keys, towels, etc. You had to go next door. I didn't book a room next door! They don't clean the room unless you ask them to. Getting towels was a hassle because you had to go next door. The last 2 nights, an older gentleman was there and he got us what we needed. The room needs work. It was not a suite by any means. The desk was broken, the shower leaked into the entryway and water smelled like mold. The ice machine was broken and of course was told to go next door. Maybe i should have booked next door. Everything is there including employees!

Wayne was great on check in. Parking is very limited but he helped get us a spot.

Great front desk. Big room. Confusing access. Very nice lobby with dreary lighting.

It is in a good area with everything you need within a few miles

The location is the actual hotel itself is not the best. Horrible speed bump that is shared with another hotel which is like a 100 feet away. Elevator was broken so they were trying to keep everyone on the 2nd floor which prolonged check in time. The marketplace down stairs was completely empty and none of the ice machines in the building worked so you had to walk to the hotel next door to her any or buy your own. There was hair on the sheets and on the shower wall that hadn’t been cleaned off. My door looked like it had been broken into. Hallway on second floor smelled like weed which was just due to someone staying there. Overlook from the 2nd floor to the lobby was disgusting and looks like it has never been cleaned as well as the stairs. Carpets were horrible and smelled horrible. Staff was very nice and my room itself was nice.

It was older hotel with some renovations but the bed was broken down on one side.
