Mold all in tub room smelled moldy carpet was damp

Horrible places. Staff was sitting and occupied with their phones. We found a blood-stained comforter and blood stains on the wall. We found doorknob holes in the wall. Paint chips everywhere including the bathroom. Bathroom has one set of towels for a double-bed room. The floors were uneven. Service was terrible. When my husband asked for a new comforter after telling her their were old blood-stains on it, we were told to expect that at hotels in general. The room wasn't sanitary.

The extra pull out couch.

They wouldn't let our group pay for their rooms individually. I had to foot the bill for all 5 rooms since I had reserved them online. Has never happened anywhere else I've seen.

Everything was good expect bathtub did not drain well and in room coffee maker was not complete otherwise all else was very good

They advertise heated pool and hot tub. The pool was not heated (or it is and they just didn't have it turned on)and the hot tub was out of service and gross. They did not have any pool towels in the pool area so it was a good thing we had extra towels tjat we brought. The ice machines were down. All of them. We had to walk across the parking lot to the next motel to get ice. Bed was comfy. We chose to stay there for the pool and hot tub. So, that was disappointing. The room was clean but did not smell clean. The telephones were disgusting, the one on the desk looked like it had a years worth of dust on the cord. AC works GREAT! We like to sleep cold so that was a bonus. Linens were good, bath towels and washcloths were good. We liked the set up of the room. Overall its was a good average experience.
