Complex

Apart was not superior . It was lacking in furniture. Furniture on balcony was so big and bulky left no room to move. Tv was looking ready to fall off wall. No oven, there was a microwave but was totally inadequate.

Location was great, communication was brill and everything was made easy.

Our apartment was comfortable with lovely views from the balcony. The TV was a good size and had 5 Brtish channels. The lift was close and worked well. The large pool was beautiful and has a bar/Cafe beside it with very friendly staff. Unfortunately for us there are 64 steps to get down to the Cafe and then back up to the lift to our room. My sister who is 81 had difficulty with negotiating them.

It is a gated complex and due to us arriving at 9pm there was no one to open the gate. Finally someone who was out walking their dog let us in. We knew how to pick up the key for our door but we weren't told how to open the perimeter gates at first. I finally worked out that the key ring would open some gates but not all of them.

Good location, nice view from the balcony, nice couch on the balcony

Frying pan might be better; kitchen without oven (microwave instead); problem with toilet cover.

El apartamento es bonito, está bastante nuevo, es espacioso. La piscina está muy bien, bonita y grande.

La seguridad en cuanto a la terraza es pésima. Fuimso con un niño de dos años, y los huecos que tiene la barandilla son enormes, muchos otros apartamentos de esa urbanización tienen una valla puesta para proteger, este no, por lo que continuamente teníamos que tener cerrado con pestillo y con muchísima tensión de que no saliera solo. Lo mismo en el pasillo para entrar en el apartamento. No hay aire acondicionado, hay dos ventiladores que algo ayudan… pero se acumula el calor. El microondas no encaja bien en el hueco que tiene la cocina y se cae del apaño que tiene.

My in-laws enjoyed nearly 4 weeks in this apartment in Tenerife and were extremely satisfied. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The host was very attentive, responsive and supportive. Higly recommend to anyone.

No oven

+ Big pool area and lots of sunbeds. + Comfy bed.

- Lots of small ants in the kitchen in the bathroom in the bedroom. You cant leave any food on the the table. Every food we stored in the fridge. Even though ants still apeared everywhere. - Slow internet. But seems that is more related to wifi as in other room signal is low. Host should change the router as it seem to be very old.
