Hotel Las Golondrinas

The room was relatively clean.

The shower head needs cleaning so the water will come out in one direction. There was noise from outside the room all night. The receptionist wasnt very nice. We had only one towel and asked for more and it seemed he was upset about it. Also wasnt very nice when we asked about the breakfast price for kids. The bathroom toilet needs an update.

Terrible service. I had to wait 30 min for kitchen staff during breakfast time to bring out scrambled eggs, as they finished 5 min after they were Brough out, simply becase they didn't made proper estimation based on the guests they had in the hotel. There is literally one person at a time in the entire hotel who speaks English, which is making it even harder.

The property centrally located close to the ADO bus station and 5th Avenue with plenty of restaurants close by.

As mentioned and many of the other reviews, the rooms were quite humid and nothing you hung up was able to dry the water pressure and the shower was very weak. It also took about five minutes for the water and the shower to heat up. Also, the television did not work.

Quiet, yet close to everything we needed

They don't seem to use vacuums. They should also pick up in the front entrance

Location was good as it was a couple of blocks from 5th avenue. There were good restaurants close by.

The hotel receptionist was not at the desk when I arrived. I had to wait for a while for service.

Clean near by everything exelent to stay and sleep good and peacefully

Beds are comfortable clean bathrooms and smells clean

Clean place, great staff, great location for our plans.

No ice maker.
