Just the pool wasn’t working and the sofa bed wasn’t that comfortable

Deberían de poner más atención, a la orden del cliente, mi reservación era suite, king bed y sofá cama, me dieron cuarto 308, si era king bed, pero el sofá no era sofá cama, muy frustrante tener que dormir en el suelo.

Location, and cleanliness.

This property is exceptionally clean, well kept, very modern appliances, and the Staff very friendly & professional. The free breakfast and free snack given to my granddaughter was the icing on the cake. We absolutely loved this place, we’ll definitely be revisiting.

Can’t think of anything negative, this place has an A+ rating from us.

Nice place but my reservation was for 4 people sofá bed and king size bed, they game king bed, and just regular sofá, was not sofá bed. Not happy, 2 slep on the bed, two slep on the floor. I will never go back again.

Cleanliness

The pool was supposed to be fixed and wasn't when we got there. Breakfast was very poor.

Excellent stay. Friendly, attentive and accomodating staff and a clean hotel/room. Dog friendly environment. Will definitely stay again.

Location

Stayed last night for a wedding. We arrived after check in, at 3:15 pm, to check into our room that was part of a block for the wedding and the room wasn’t ready. We had to wait for about a half hour in the lobby area, which is under construction. Men using nail guns, leaving doors wide open to let the hot air in, plastic over everything. Not exactly what you wanted to see when you go away over the weekend for a wedding. My cousin, the bride, was also not informed of the construction that was going on otherwise she would’ve used another hotel. The parking was limited and there were big shipping containers taking up most of the parking spots. Once we got to our room, the temperature inside the room was 78°. We turned it down and the room never got below 74°. It was so hot yesterday, it was very uncomfortable trying to get ready for a wedding while sweating. This also made sleeping very uncomfortable and overall we had a terrible experience. We paid close to $400 for our room and nothing we experience reflected the price we paid.
