Everything was pretty much good, breakfast menu needs an upgrade

Staff was excellent, friendly, supportive and helpful every single time. They were respectful, courteous and really showed they cared about the guest experience.

I liked everything, the hotel is undergoing construction but even with that the stay was great because the staff makes sure you're not impacted as a guest.

Nice hotel to stay. The only downside is that there were under remodeling but I think I will look better when this is completed.

The property is under construction so it was a challenge to park at night because so much of the construction supplies occupied parking. The staff is fantastic and could not have been better. The room was just meh…not sure if it was the hotel’s lack of space or the fact that we were booking through expedia. In a handicap room which did not have many of the basic amenities in the kitchen and in the room. And no, I didn't complain to the staff because it was not their fault that the hotel’s entire 3rd floor was under construction.

We booked a hotel for a night with our family 2 weeks back. One of the bathroom door had a big crack on it with the tiles near it cracked. The big sofa chair had so much stain and wear and tear on it. The blow dryer had a lot of hair was sticky, broken and horrible. I wouldn’t even donate it to anyone. Also, as someone else mentioned here, the hotel was under construction and both the elevators well being used for construction.

Very clean and comfortable. Great location and shuttle

There's no hot water. We were told to turn on the faucet and wait. We waited over an hour and it became lukewarm. I would not recommend this place to anyone.. just look across from here for better place at less price.
