The breakfast here is free. There is your standard selection of hot breakfast (made it yourself waffles, sausage , eggs, coffee, fruit). The rooms are large and have a kitchen suite. The parking is free. Upon check in I was not offered any amenities for being a platinum member (something about them not participating).

My husband and I were very disappointed when we walked into our room. The smell was horrible. The TV cords were visibly hanging. Ice maker did not work. WiFi extremely slow and TV froze most of the time while trying to watch Netflix. Had to watch movies on my phone, smh. The outdoor fire pit was covered when it should have been lit because it was actually a bit cold there & no one cleaned up the leaves. The only plus was the breakfast and the staff. Will not stay there again.

This property needs some love. Staff was friendly and I didn't have to wait long to check in. The hallway walls are scuffed and the carpets, though dark, have some stains. The lighting in the room must be kept purposefully dim so you don't see the flaws and there is no lighting by the couch and chair. Cabinet door under the sink was askew. The arms on the armchair by the TV were very dirty (I wouldn't sit in it, it was disgusting). The sofa seemed like it was purchased at a secondhand shop, quite saggy. The bed was also well worn, and the white pillowcases were more off white/grey with washing. The pillows were quite lumpy but comfortable. I am used to much nicer bedding from Marriot. That being said, the linens appeared to be clean. Bathroom and sink area were clean. Breakfast in the morning was mediocre and on par with what I have received at a lower grade Marriot property. If I had to come back to the area, I might give the Homewood Suites a try instead.

I like the room space and the availability of the microwave and refrigerator. The hotel surrounding is well lit, good parking areas and the location is close to several eating places. I appreciate the breakfast provided. The staff are pleasant and respectful.

Slow draining sink in rm. 220. The housekeeping staff has limited English and did not understand that I requested her to come back later (after 10 a.m.) for room service.

It was so wonderful. Clean quiet. We were close to dining areas. Shopping. It was just a wonderful stay. The staff was wonderful.
