The room was nice

The front desk clerk that was working when I checked out!!!! He was rude and unpleasant

Our family was going to Worlds of Fun. Right across the street from the park. Room was clean and the breakfast was real good. Would stay here again.

The bed was not as soft as I normally like.

The property just felt dirty. The room smelled weird and it was not deep cleaned.

Clean. Good location. Close to eateries.

Breakfast was lackluster. Potatoes were dry, scrambled eggs lacked any flavor. No milk to be found.

The staff were very cordial and welcoming. Very helpful with any requests that we had.

The rooms smelled like mildew or a damp musty smell. I believe this is the result of having no exhaust fan in the bathrooms. The moisture from the shower lingers in the room and creates a mildew or mold smell.

Close to the park

Room smelt like mildew. Air conditioner making loud noise when trying to sleep

No drinking glasses or cups in room. Everything else was very good.

great location for us near Oceans of Fun breakfast good and filling with lots of options for the kids' waffles place was clean. Young man at the counter during check in was great! Was told we couldnt have rooms by one another but at check in they fixed that and placed us across the hall from one another

A little high in price for what im used to but wasnt bad for being close by Oceans of Fun
