Breakfast was excellent and breakfast staff excellent

When we got there the staff at the desk didn’t even acknowledge us, we had to speak 1st. Then after check in the key card scanner wouldn’t work. We asked if there was another room and the guy said no. Then he left and came back with a new room after he said there wasn’t any more rooms. The hotel had issues with key card scanners so not the hotels fault but the guy that helped us just didn’t seem to care that we may not of had a room for us to sleep in. Once we got in our new room with the staff having to let’s us in due to key card issues, the room was nice. Not sure if we will stay again, didn’t feel very welcome.

Outstanding Stay....looking forward to a Re-visit!!!!

Smoke detector started chirping at 1am. Called down, they sent maintenance up. Maintenance needed to get a bigger ladder, never returned. I finally called, desk said he didn't have one, no other rooms so we couldn't move. Fixed it ourselves using a room chair, nobody ever returned to actually fix it. Emailed management, no response. We're almost exclusively Hilton customers, very disappointing.

Property was clean and maintained. We only spent one night, the quality of this location is what you would expect when staying at a Hampton Inn. Our room was on the second floor furthest away from the interstate, so our room was quite.
