Big rooms, decent tariffs, staff trying their best inspite of limitations

Only 2 mini water bottles per day..very less choise of food in the hotel, poor English speaking staff, toiletries like body lotion not kept and replenished, charging points are so low

Le personnel est d’une amabilité exceptionnelle. Que ce soit à l’accueil , au restaurant. J’ai beaucoup voyagé et jamais je n’ai rencontré un tel professionnalisme. Tout est remarquable, absolument tout.

美しいホテルです。スタッフも笑顔でとても親切です。フロントのBoreyさんがクメール料理のお店に行くための地図をかいてくれたので、ダウンタウンのレストランにも簡単に行けました。ホテルのロケーションも部屋も朝食もとてもよかったです。

Sehr schönes Hotel im Kolonialen Stil, super sauber geputzt im Badezimmer und der gesamte Holzboden. Zuvorkommendes Personal sehr hilfsbereit besonders Desk Office Mr. Davy. Hatten am ersten Tag ein Problem mit Geräuschpegel über uns und jemand hatte zuvor im Zimmer geraucht. Haben am nächsten Morgen sofort ein neues tolles Zimmer im 3.OG als Ersatz bekommen . Von da an war alles wunderbar
