Отель в местном стиле, хорошая обстановка и приветливый персонал отзывчивый на любые просьбы. Чистый бассейн, лежаки спортзал все в достойном качестве. Завтраки также приемлемые. На территории отеля дежурят тук туки готовые вас увезти в любое место. Рядом королевский дворец и музей (рекомендую перед посещением ангкора).

"Old hotel in need of renovation"

Palace‑style hotel that has clearly seen better days. It feels almost deserted (very few guests at the beginning of January). The bathroom is very old and in need of renovation, with very few toiletries provided… The pool is fine, breakfast is fine, and the staff is fine (except for the spa).

The spa reception staff were unpleasant and rude. The “15‑minute massage voucher” is a scam — they never have availability (in two days there wasn’t a single slot for 15 minutes, even though the hotel was practically empty). The hotel is old and needs updates: sun loungers, pool towels, and pool cleanliness all require improvement.
