"Poor service and cleanliness "

Not very clean, mainly in the bathroom. Had issues with the shower and told the front desk. They told me to come down and get a key to a new room but when I went to get the key, they told me they werent going to change us rooms until maintenence came to look at the shower. Maintenence literally turned the shower on for 2 seconds and said there was nothing wrong. When i took a shower the entire bathroom had water all over it. The curtain was completely closed when I showered as well. It was very poor service with not very nice staff. We ended up showering at another hotel that we had family staying at. Also, the photos of the rooms and the actual rooms to not match. Very disappointed. Lack in value.

"No hot water"

Stayed here before because it’s a great property. This time however I had no water pressure nor any hot water. Not a good way to begin your day without a nice hot shower while traveling.
