Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hoover/Birmingham

When we arrived to our room it was 90+ degrees inside and dead cockroaches in the floor. I called the front desk to request another room. He apologized and brought us a key to another room. The next room seemed to be better initially. But later noticed black mold on and under the toilet seat. It was already late so I just cleaned it the best I could. We slept for a few hours and got out quickly the next morning. Very bad! Will not stay here again!

The location

I Had to change rooms. First room bed wasn’t made and had a red stain on it same as the second room. Third room had hair on the floor, sink and tub. Red stain again on throw liner on bed. No hot or warm water. White stain on chair and mirror. I didn’t get no sleep because of noise. will never go back to the hotel and I waisted my money for nothing.

Location was good. Staff was nice. Room clean little out dated.

Watch, I was charged 2 times for one night. I did get it refunded. But why the hassle?

The places was smelly, have roaches, breakfast was some lousy picks. The staff are rude and unprofessional

Nothing, it smelt really bad and we were the only people there minus workers.
