Love the jetted tub but it and the rooms need to be updated.

Couldn't sleep due to the ppl above us making noise all night and morning, it sounded like they were remodeling the room.

The staff was very friendly. Check in was very easy.There was a issue with booking.Dot com, but other than that, it was okay. The bed was very soft and comfortable.

The hot water was only luke warm. Showering was very uncomfortable. The room was extremely small, smaller than perceived on the website. The ice machine did not work and the breakfast was just cereal.

Very clean. Great variety for the breakfast. Loved outlet placement in rooms. Usually outlets are outdated and not placed in a good spot

The location was great. I loved how convenient it was to a lot of shopping centers and restaurants. However, the hotel seemed to be infested with roaches. I mean all sizes. There were a total of 5 roaches in my room. I called the front desk staff, whom was pleasant and offered to move me to another room, however it was no use. I should’ve done my research on the hotel prior to booking. I was in town for the Chris Brown concert and this was the only hotel nearby that had rooms available for a descent price. My advice: Do not stay here. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere clean, safe and updated.
