"Great service but room had challenges"

The hotel staff were all amazing. I would stay here again, but only for how friendly and helpful the staff were. When we walked into our room it was very clean and spacious, but than the main light started flickering. We couldn't keep it on and it was the main light in the room without the blinds open. Then when I went to the bathroom, there was no stand or holder or anything for the toilet paper. We had to open a roll and put it on the sink and it got wet. The air conditioning cooled the room great but it was loud and rattled so every time it came on while we were sleeping it woke us up. The breakfast was delicious and they can make anything. Another big highlight.

Staff was nice, but never answered phone when called from room. The cleaning staff was not good. Only took trash out, didn't sweep or change sheets or leave clean towels. I asked for room ti be cleaned cause floor was sticky and staff only took trash out, no clean foor.

2nd day there room wasn't cleaned after I told staff to clean room. Fir it being a Hilton and the price of stay, it didn't meet my expectations of Hilton hotel. Room had a couple of holes in walls. Stayed at a Hilton in Houston a month ago and it was way more luxury than this one.

The room was very nice and spacious, there is a great snack bar to purchase your evening cravings. The bar is open till 10 pm.

Room seemed sticky as if staff rush the cleaning of the room. There were no trash bags to throw trash. Trash cans are so small. Toilet is very low to the ground for some reason. It was nice cold air was one good thing.
