Very clean, close to interstate 40, quite area, friendly staff breakfast is good love the free coffees and hot chocolate all day long. The Lemon water is delicious. The manger is so nice and accommodating

The breakfast

The charged us 75.00 for a 5lb dog. We got a queen suite the pull out bed was nasty with stains. My 18 year old son had to sleep with me . The lady at the front desk was rude. I will not stay at this place going. The lady blamed yall for not telling us about the pet charges.

Location is great, breakfast was ok.

Floors in room were dirty, room was dusty, beds were squeaky, sofa bed was extremely old, thin, stained and uncomfortable, major over use of fragrance in hotel room/hallway, air unit is up against the bed which makes no sense because the bed blocked air flow and had a musty smell, super out dated and damaged furniture, super small bathroom, could barely get around in it, shower head sucked, bath was extremely slippery almost fell twice, and lastly the pool was a weird shade a green and smelt highly of ammonia. Oh, and could hear people screaming outside past 1am. Staff was nice and breakfast was good, If you made it at least 30 mins prior to closing or there was nothing left.

"Could have been better - could have been worse!"

It was pet friendly, no pet smell, bathroom had a fan which is rare in hotels, full length mirror. Beds were comfortable. Front desk clerk accommodating and friendly.

Bathroom was very dusty. Both the sink and tub did not drain well and drains were filled with white crusty gunk. Bathroom Floor was dirty. Phone had no cord, guest services brought one up but we could not find where to plug it in.
