"Paid 210.00 a night for the stay and that was way over priced for what it was"

Location only

Wasn’t clean. The indoor pool was open and was green, cloudy and couldn’t see the bottom. Our room had to be changed because of a cluster of bugs in the corner of the ceiling. Staff said the area was having a problem with some sort of Beatles at the time. Moved to another room on another floor. The bed was very uncomfortable with it going down in the center. We both rolled to the center of the bed.

"The location was good but those spot lights on the bottom floor need to go or at least provide curtains to block the lig"

The property location was very nice and the staff was amazing! The breakfast was amazing and it was always hot and fresh. The 2 ladies who handled the breakfast every morning were amazing! They did such an excellent job!

What I did not like was we were put in a room where the spotlight at night shined right into our room. Our curtains would not close to block the light out and me my mom and my sister had a very difficult time sleeping. We tried to clip the curtains together to block out the light but it just was not working. It was the most miserable stay we ever had when it came to that. Sleep is so very important. My mom is handicapped and I reserved a handicap room but nothing about the room was handicap accessible.
