"Not as advertised but beds were comfortable and fine for what we needed"

Our room had to be moved, due to major water leak in our room. The front desk lady was so overwhelmed

Overall great stay, if I had to say there were some issues it would be that the second elevator was not working and the pool area was down for pretty much my entire stay. I probably will return, staff had great customer service.

Location is good, parking is free and so is breakfast

The ONLY REASON we stayed here was because of the indoor pool and HOT TUB. After we checked in we went to visit The indoor freezing pool and the filled in NON-EXISTENT hot tub. 😪 everyone completely disappointed. If u don't have the amenities then don't have pictures of them on the hotel website. We would of never spent over $150 for a place we didn't even want. Really upsetting all my kids talked about on the road trip here all day was that hot tub. The bathroom tile is from 1980 and cracking and whoever caulked around the 1980 Tub fyi my 9yr old could of done better.

Older property. No vents in the bathroom. Carpets need upgrade. Beds def need upgrade! Ok for 1 night stay.
