Springhill Suites by Marriott Oklahoma City Airport

I liked that the actual hotel was able to give me a room since the booking.com booking didn't go through and they couldn't find my information.

I didn't like getting to the Hotel to find out they couldn't find my registration with booking.com. Talking with the hostess she said booking.com would have their own confirmation code but also should have gave me a code that works for them, when she scanned my phone/ THE APP she didnt see it anywhere but did confirm it was their location.

Pros: hot water, clean, breakfast was good with lots of options. Cons: room smelled of stale smoke.

The service and staff was very nice. The breakfast was great. Facilities were nice. My only hesitation is that the homeless population in this area is significant which makes things a tad bit uncomfortable, but that is no fault of the hotel and the hotel has security on site so that helps some too.

The staff was nice. The room we were in had inches of dust, a hair clip and peanuts visible under the tv stand that looked like it was never moved, you could clearly see all of this with the sun coming in the window. ’the room smelled very musty or possibly like urine; off putting for sure. The shower head wasn’t even a stream but dripped, zero water pressure. We used the gym and the cable machine was broken and it appears some dumbbells weights were missing.

The previous tenants had smoked in the room and the smell was still present. Front desk staff was alerted, they provided disinfectant, as there were no other available rooms.

Clean facilities and good breakfast options.

The staff were pleasant and welcoming. Our rooms were spacious with plenty of seating to visit. Breakfast was good. Restaurants and shopping was close to the hotel, with some within walking distance.

Elevator was not working but they did get it fixed by the next day

It was great! The room was clean and the breakfast had several choices that were delicious.
