Residence Inn Toledo Maumee

Room was rundown. Bed mattresses and all chipped up dilapidated furniture in a living room should have been replaced. Pictures they show don’t represent this. Service with an attitude and lack of professionalism was an icing on a cake. Horrible value.

Their customer service is horrible and they do not value repeat guest. Do not trust them to have a room for you even if you book through their app. I just stayed in the same hotel two weeks ago. I booked for tonight one month ago. Then they had higher tier rewards members decide last minute that they wanted to stay so they gave them my room and sent me an email saying that I was going to Perrysburg instead. I have no interest in going to Perrysburg. perhaps they could not have taken any additional reservations today when they’re already overbooked. If you don’t really care if you stay downtown or not, take a chance. Jennifer

More different food for the breakfast Longer hours for the pool Stop over charging your customers they charge me the day for check in but charged me again the next day
