We arrived and they didn’t have our reservation. She could see it on Booking but not on the hotel. Luckily they had open rooms. I don’t know if I can trust Booking anymore?

Friendliness of the staff and the location

Us as girsts having to pick up up new towels, tissues and t paper as the room wasn't cleaned in Saturday freat and when they came in on Sunday the beds weren't even addressed.

"Mizzou Best Hotel"

I liked everything about this hotel. I checked in a little early; no problem. The room was very clean. I noticed the hallway and lobby were also very clean. The mattress was a little old, but better than most hotels. Kristi was very friendly and helpful.
