Slightly remote and Taxis are unable to access. Hotel had power issues during visit and no shuttle pick-up me up from taxi stop. Had to walk narrow path up and down hill with luggage 15m.

I liked the proximity to the sea and the beautiful view of Vesuvius. The shuttle could be improved, as there is a high risk of missing ferries.

"Outstanding – Exceptional Service from Miss Imma"

This was the third hotel I booked during my trip to southern Italy, and without a doubt, it was the best one. The customer service was excellent, special thanks to Miss Imma for her outstanding professionalism and warm hospitality. I strongly recommend this amazing place to everyone!

The staff were not very helpful or nice. Their shuttle driver hit me and then ran my foot over with a golf cart as he was not paying attention. All the staff did was give me some ice. Not even a free dinner to make up for this accident caused by their man. There are little to no signs for the hotel, and the one hidden sign only shows part of the name. Their location on maps does not match their location. It is extremely difficult to get to the hotel. Although only 2km from Sorrento, their shuttle will not come to get you. You must take a bus out of town to a parking lot and the golf cart shuttle will pick you up at the top of the hill. He is a crazy driver. The beach front was really nice but again staff were not friendly or helpful in assigning you are spot on the beach.
