All was to be expected. Good quick sleep over before boarding a cruise. Our room was close to elevators (about 12-15 feet) and the elevator ding was loud. That's the only complaint.

The property is fine for a quick stay at a good price.

That I Paid A Day Head Of Time. When I Checked In They Gave My Room To A White Woman Who Paid When She Got There. I Paid For A Room On First Floor And The Fude Took My Room Away And Put Me On The 3rd Floor. I Paid Just Like She Did But I Paid A Day Ahead. It Made Me Feel Like It Was Racist Move To Make. Yall Need Better Employees And Know How To Treat Everyone As Equal.

The room smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The coffee machine didn’t work, Netflix wasn’t available, there wasn’t a stopper to use the bath tub, the staff wasn’t very friendly and the hot tub wasn’t hot at all.

Key cards constantly kept disconnecting, air conditioning was not cool the entire hotel had a mold, mildew smell

Back door didnt latch shut/locked. Breakfast was adequate. By nine, things were kind of cold. Pool looked nice.

Our room was located next to the elevator so it’s noisy. We could hear the elevators going up and down constantly.
