The staff was soooooo rude . Nothing worked ..no tv..no internet ..no phone worked . My keys to my room never worked ..staff kept letting me in . I was extremely uncomfortable.

We were given a a joing room ...which had no lock on it ...move a chair to put in front of the door for safety....and found a Pringles can under the chair....

No having a door we had to put a chair against to feel safe.
