Value for money, good location

Poor Food quality, only 2 times a day for the shuttle bus to go to the beach,

Bonnes activités. Bon personnel. Bel hôtel et soignée.

Pas de wifi. Matelas un peu dur. Ce n’est pas vraiment une salle de sport. Il n’y a que 2 équipements et des poids à disposition dans le jardin.

The hospitality is amazing, i would like to thank Mr/Mohamed at the reception for his polite attitude, and professionalism. also his teammate at the afternoon shift I didn’t focus on his name but they were well educated guys.

I was disappointed by the inconsistency in service. The room service experience was not up to the expected standard, and it felt like guests were being treated differently. Hospitality should be based on equal respect and attention for all guests, regardless of who they are. The staff would benefit from additional training to ensure every guest receives the same level of professionalism, courtesy, and service throughout their stay.
